There are many different types of basin and sink options on the market today.

Your drop-in/ sit-on sinks and basins that just require a cut out on site are included in the cost.

Any under-mount basins that require our factory to cut and polish the edges do carry an extra charge. These need to be discussed with our Sales representative. Under-mount basins will need to be on site when we template so the positions can be marked and we will need to take these back to our factory to manufacture your tops. These will then be brought back on installation and we will mount them underneath your tops on site.

We also make up stone sinks and do milled drainage and grooves into the tops.
